Connectivity issues

So let me preface this by saying I'm a college student who's back home right now due to current events. So I'm not in my usual living situation and running ethernet isnt possible right now. But I'm not really having any issues with lag in games over the wifi connection. It's not too bad!..... Except, when I play call of duty, usually it's only this game, my xbox disconnects from the wifi entirely. Moments later, it reconnects on it's own and I check the network speed and statistics in settings. It consistently shows me getting max download speed, average upload, 0% packet loss, and ~45ms ping. I'll load back into CoD after its connected and then the same thing happens. Right after I get into a game and the game starts it freezes and disconnects. This also happens very rarely when streaming high quality movies. I just dont understand how my connection can appear to be not only just fine but very good and my xbox is still getting disconnected from the wifi entirely. Can anyone offer me any help or advice?

This same shit is happening to me, I’ve had this Xbox for about 2 years and all of a sudden this starts happening. My guess is it’s something to do with the quarantine and the amount of people online everyday.
