Xbox account in my family can no longer search or install games?

Since the latest June 2020 update on Xbox One, an Xbox account that's in my family who both share the same Xbox One console, they can no longer access my Games with Gold or Game Pass library anymore and prompts them to purchase GOLD? However, this was never the case before, and I have to say that this is rather disappointing and seems Xbox is taking a different approach in regards allowing family members to access and download games from subscription based libraries. The user in my family can still search for a game and download them individually without my presence just fine, but it's just weird they're not allowed to search or download a game through using my Games with Gold or Game Pass section in the library anymore. Also, even before the new update the 2nd account in my family use to have a "GOLD" badge next to their name indicating that they're using/sharing my Xbox Live Gold with them. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm definitely not liking the new update in regards to family members not being able to use the Games with Gold or Game Pass section in the library. Anyway, I hope you all have a fantastic day...cheers! :)

Check in your settings that you are '"sharing gold on this console". Maybe the update force changed this.

Yeah, I still have the Xbox set to "My Home Xbox" for both accounts. Everything still works the same, but it just doesn't allow the account who's sharing/using my GOLD to access the Games with Gold or Game Pass section in the library where the "Owned Games" is located as well. And this kinda sucks because, the second account can no longer access the games in the Games with Gold library that they also claimed in the past before we started sharing GOLD together. However, I can still access both of our Games with Gold on my account since I'm the one paying for the subscription, but the family account can no longer unless they search for the game in the Microsoft Store individually. I know it's such a minor thing to complain about, but it was just so much easier, convenient and user-friendly the way it was before prior to the new update. Thanks for the response...cheers!

What about completely removing the other accounts, do a hard reset to clear the cache, and then recreate the other accounts? Maybe it'll sync? Idk, just kinda spitballing ideas. Lol!
